This deposit will be deducted from your adoption fee. If you experience difficulties with a cat you adopt through PFH, we ask that you contact us. We will do our best to help you resolve problems and can direct you towards helpful resources. Often it will take a cat some time to settle into a new home and we will work with you through any problems and concerns you may have.If you are unable to keep the cat you have adopted through PFH, we ask that you contact us first. If for any reason you need to return your cat to us, your cat will be placed into the first appropriate foster home to become available. Once an appropriate foster home becomes available, we will contact you and make arrangements for the cat to be dropped off. Once adopted, PFH cats may not be re-homed by the adopters or surrendered to any other pound, rescue or animal facility. If the cat has been placed without consent from PFH, the rescue reserves the right to repossess the cat. All cats adopted through PFH are adopted with full disclosure of any known health conditions. Any vet costs incurred over and above those included in the adoption fee, after the adoption, are the full responsibility of the adopters except in extenuating circumstances. The life experiences of adult cats can affect their behavior, even after adopted into a good home. PFH typically does not know the life experiences of adult cats. It often takes cats several days to settle into a new environment. Adopters need to be patient with new cats and give them time to transition. PFH reserves the right to repossess a cat at any time if we believe the cat is being mistreated, kept outside in harsh weather conditions or for extended periods of time, the adopter refuses to comply with Adoption Contract policies, or if a cat is not being cared for as per the Animal Protection Act of Alberta -http://www.qp.alberta.ca/documents/acts/a41.pdf FALSIFIED INFORMATION WILL LEAD TO AUTOMATIC REJECTION OF THE APPLICATION. PURRBABIES FUREVER HOMES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY APPLICATION. “I understand that Purrbabies Furever Homes is not able to guarantee the health, history, age, breed, or behavior of any cat and it’s my responsibility to see and evaluate the cat for myself before agreeing to adoption. The adoption of a cat should not be impulsive, but rather a carefully thought out decision which will ensure a loving, lasting relationship.”* I agree to these terms & conditions Please type your full name to acknowledge you have completed this application to the best of your ability* CAPTCHA
